An arch was added ready for some Jasmin to grow on.

A hobbit hole has been a long cherished dream come true.

Wherever I live, I have to have a wisteria. So we built a pergola especially for it to grow on.

Things were starting to blossom.

We set about building an aviary ready for some new guests.

The lotus pond, evolved from primeval slime, has become the central attraction of the garden.

The bananas were going bananas

The plethora of flowers brought along with it a plethora of all kinds of life.

Because our garden wan't big enough (ha ha) we bought a hectare of forest next to us, giving us a grand total of two hectares altogether.

Work on the forest progressed quickly, turning it from a quiet haven into yet another mud bath. This time with added zip wire.

Meanwhile the aviary was completed 

ready for its new inhabitants; Albert & Victoria.
